That is the template I would use to reject almost everyone. Once an app was recieved TN's Application Office(me) would deny it, and then nitpick for reasons to do so. Spelling something wrong, hell, even answering a few of the questions would get you denied. I accepted one person, Fayen, and that was because of his forum behaviour, and that didn't even go anywhere because the higher ups ignored the **** out of my reccomendation. As the head of TN PR, I had to make all the things TN did look amazing, so pretending to give people a chance to make it in made TN look like it cared. It didn't. Then, leaders left or got banned, and everyone quickly realized that the "Evil Corporation" idea was not only dumb but detrimental to the server community, and the remaining people formed Ceteri, which is based on the OPPOSITE of what TN stood for(Money, Power, Elitism). I was VERY happy with this.

The only information we asked for was the first name, because if for some wild reason you were accepted you were invited into our Skype call and we waned to know what to call you, and the age was because, quote, "We don't want any under 11's ramien, mkay? We don't really want anyone, actually".
