I would love to help out with your server.I am not a greifer i have one done it 1 time when i did'nt know what it was. I know how had it is too run a server am an admin of a server (the same server seal54321).
I have much experience with bukkit. And i play minecarft alot so i can be on your server moderating it alot
i know the rules and i dont curse at all. And can handle stuff very good with out geting mad.My username in MC is aypom
