A flame war on a Mod Application is about as expected as an explosion in a Michael Bay film.

That being said, how haven't people learned to just ignore everything posted on there mod app that isn't obviously support, or a question/comment from a staff member? I think we've learned in past incidents (like on Flanny's app) that replying to anything negative will just spiral downwards faster then a diamond block tower in the nether.

Now you see, Kress is like a lantern... He continues to burn as long as there is fuel. Stop feeding him rage, retorts and tears, and he eventually goes out.

Also, As much as tornadic has been amiable, I think we have enough admins and mods to keep the server in order at the moment.

To be clear, I am not against or for his mod app, I just think that it has been crippled between Kress and Shamp. Kress via trolling, and Shamp via lack of political awareness.

The reason I didn't reply or "defend" myeslf in any which way with Kress is because I didn't have too. There is nothing to defend myself against. What he wrote on my mod app is nothing short, as Shampoo said, of slander. There is no justification, as I've said before, for what he wrote.

Regardless of being slander or not, your response, or a complete lack of it, was the right response. Ignoring the troll and letting your supporters rip him was the right choice. However, that got blown apart by Shamp jumping in. His name is blue, therefore everything he does is much more significant. Shamp elevated Kress's comments from random trolling to a critical strike.

However, you did give a reasonable and measured response to my post that skipped the parts irrelevant to you and that alone speaks very well of you.

When ever i see Tornadic online (which is a lot), he is always helping people or interacting with them in a positive way.. He gets along well with anyone and seems to know all the rules. He is respectful and disciplined when he plays and he is very active both in game and on the forums. I think Tornadic would be an excellent moderator. Good Luck.

I think the two events mentioned here cancel each other out, so his App outcome isn't affect by either
