Cats, you do realize you have nothing to gain by having a realm near their borders, right?
Your mines are stripped, borders locked in, no place to build. There is no logical reason for you to be there, but to cause them trouble. At the moment, you are being extremely stubborn. They are offering you riches, to the point where you cannot comprehend. Things can get worse, and they will, if this continues.

From me to you, I highly suggest you move your realm far away. You are becoming a nuisance to the server. All I hear in chat is you and your stubborn realm.

(Edit 2: Additional Info: I am Catsfuzz's cousin IRl, and introduced him to both Minecraft AND the Server, as well as got him into Terra Celestis for a brief time. It is painful for me to be in this situation,)
I'm going to just add my two cents here. First off, Terra Celestis did politely ask you to move your realm before the construction of your castle. Second, your castle consists of possibly less then 200 cobble blocks, so i would not call that a "castle" at all. Third, along with Cogohst's kind offer to help you rebuild and find you a suitable spot, I personally offered you everything that I have mined since the new server went up, 60 diamonds, 50 gold blocks, 25 lapis blocks, and 1472 coal, if you would move away from the realm border before you started building. You refused and then said that bribery would not work, and proceeded to take a "moral highground".

By the way, the offer still stands.

I'd take the offer and run. There are plenty of open spaces out there away from other realms. Use the map and go to one.

And no, I don't consider mining there "griefing." It seems like the definition of this is becoming "doing anything that the other person doesn't want." Mining the ore might be stealing, but pics or it didn't happen.

Holy crap! That's an insane offer. If you don't take that offer, I will hunt you down and kill you. Seriously. Thats more stuff than I've mined in TOTAL in this server. Refusing that is not a "moral highground", it's a crime against humanity. If I was in your situation, I would already be claiming my newfound riches.
