It's certainly been interesting.
Prior to the recent update, each mob trap was designed to produce roughly 400 - 500 items an hour, based on the latency of the server and the number of players online and around the mob trap itself. Two traps were placed underneath oceans, supposedly to increase the rate at which mobs spawn, and the other two are beneath our realm.
Between 4AM and 6AM this morning, the four mob traps in Minas Tirith were cranking out around 300 items an hour.
Checking back periodically later in the day, I was producing -maybe- 50 items an hour from 9AM to Noon from each trap.
In the past two hours, From 2PM to 4PM, each trap was producing between 10 and 15 items an hour.
Not sure whether or not I like this change.
