you have a problem with people killing you in the nether? uhuh, the nether is a pvp zone, meaning anyone who sees you has the right to kill you. if you don't want killed you can try saying you're a non combatant just before entering the nether, but its no guarantee that you won't get killed.

1. He is not "perma-banned". However, he will remain banned until he gives fair reason why he should be unbanned.
2. He was banned for harassment of other players, mostly generic insults. I have chatlogs to back this up (from the in-game chat).

Kress, if you want to be unbanned, you need to give a clear statement about what future actions you'll take, and if you will continue your inappropriate behavior on the server (etc).

If returning to the server and not being sent to pasture means turning over some sort of "new leaf" and not continuing to insult players like I have, then that's fine.

Like I said, if I have to turn over a new leaf, so be it. Once 1.9 launches, I wont even have much to do with the other cities anyway. I would be busy working toward perfecting Terra Nova, which has been my ultimate goal for some time. Besides, once Terra Nova launches, we'll have our own spawn I believe, giving me a prime opportunity to take back my worse deeds and help the new people.

Minerealm is, and allways will be, my home server. Regardless of the actions of my realm, the people in my realm, or the actions of the community, Minerealm is the best server around.

And what I did was not trolling. That is called "telling the truth and answering a valid question". The moment that becomes trolling, Flanny, is the moment I will die.

Intelli never agreed to the terms for my unban, he never agreed to my posts, he never even acknowledged them.

All statements in that ban appeal turned out worthless when nothing was agreed to in that thread.

This is not about Intelli, really. I'm just answering your question and pointing out exactly why you should stop trolling people.

You made some promises to the server community as well as Intelli. And these were not dependant on Intelli unbanning/directly responding to you, your terms were "if I am unbanned" not, "If Intelli unbans me and says that I need to uphold my promises". He graciously let you back and allowed you to play on Minerealm's servers. What have you done?
