Is this just recent? I went to The End today with ZachHunt through Intelli's portal, the Nether portal worked fine for me and there was also a portal spawned that spawns after the death of the dragon, although I did not go through that one.

BUT SOMETIMES... sometimes people want to go to those places because they have cool items that you can get that you can get no where else. Like end stone, or netherrack, netherbrick, netherbrick fences, glowstone, etc. SO DON'T THINK THAT IT HAS NO PROBLEM! You have wrecked this server kress, congratulations.

Seeing as how you can just buy those items, that point is invalid.

And if it Kress wasn't killing you, it would be someone else, and you would still be complaining.
So the issue here is Minerealm's system itself, if you have issues with it bring it up to Intelli.
