Yeah but how about this. Each friend is numbered so now you say /f <#> and then if you want all friends to see the message /f would work.

Isn't that what /msg does?

Yeah, but again, names can be long and sometimes you don't remember the entire name. So this number system could work.

no I don't think the /f # would be put in. It's too easy to use /who, find the name, then /msg
