I suspect it depends on how much Intelli trusts you. Obviously, he's not gonna let anyone in that he feels might be getting an unfair advantage. Maybe he needs a certain number of people in, so he chose certain people.

They let in the people who were on the ch2 Whitelist. Which were donors from then and back only. So if you donated after that you can't get in.
