I've seen so many photos that has no animations and such.
Just plain pictures with words.
They were very great, better than most with animations.

Signatures are meant to be small, but also somewhat noticeable so that you can find your post much more quickly while scrolling. Imagine if signatures on forums were like your actual signature in real life. When you sign for something IRL, do you sign in HUGE letters? No, you sign your name so it fits on the line. So make your signatures short, not tall, and width doesn't matter so much as long as it doesn't exceed the width of the forum.

My signature is also animated but it's minimal. It's just enough to catch your eye and nothing more. I don't need a signature that presents a laser light show every time I post.

To throw my two cents in, I've made good use of Adblock's abiliity to block specific images from being loaded; whenever I see a signature several times larger than a typical forum post, I block it without consideration to whether I like how it looks. Because I follow forum threads for the sake of reading posts, not for the sake of admiring artwork (particularly artwork which can appear from several dozen to several hundred times throughout the form, depending on an individual's post count.)
