I find it odd that a person would stash "only" a stack of diamond blocks in a single chest. That sounds like an all or nothing thing when you have that many. Which begs the question why you have such a round number. You also have to consider that 64 is an exponential factor of 2. As in if you were to take 1 diamond block, double it 7 times, you'd have exactly 64, which is the amount Kress claims to have lost. That's 576 diamonds, and diamonds make up 1.276% of the blocks, so to get that many diamonds he would need to mine a total of 45,141 blocks at diamond level, and at .3 seconds per with an average tenth of a second of lag (A generous ammount) and no expenses, that would beed 18k seconds of solid mining, or just above 5 hours. I doubt that Kress would have spent anywhere near this amount of time mining. I'm sure the mod's block logs will say the very same.

Yes, 64 is an exponential factor of 2, but that is hardly suspicious. 64 is also the maximum number of diamond blocks that can be carried in a single inventory slot. Lots of items in minecraft are carried in stacks of 64 blocks.

I can confirm this as Physaux gave me 2 realms when he had his final straw with his situation, and considering i allowed xindes to use one of my home realms that i have had as a storage area. since he was new and a friend of kress and imurdaddy, i trusted him to one of my emply realms to help him out. When the incident happened, he showed me his "gifts" (id call them spoils of war really considering the situation).

So yes, i can confirm that these blocks were a gift. and before there is any fingerpointing to me and the posibility of indes taking them back and hiding them in my realm, i have already offered for kress to search them and i also had intelli check chest logs as well.

A stack of diamond blocks is not that hard to come by Silsu. I also don't think Kress's realms ever got disbanded. He was never gone long enough. Remember realms only disband if the player hasn't "tried" to log in. Not if they haven't been able to actually play.

RC stick around, even through a ban. Kress gives the impression of having a great deal of RC, and I would expect him to be able to acquire those diamonds for less than the average of 100, if through nothing more than sheer bulk discount. Even assuming he paid 100 each, that's still only 57.6k, which is not an impossible amount by any means. Regardless, this is a rather disappointing event to see unfold. Betrayal sucks.

In addition, since Kress has only recently been unbanned (A month or two I would estimate), and his former realm has been disbanded (Traveled there myself, place was looted top to bottom), it would imply that Kress would have had to of acquired these Diamonds within that timeframe.

Truthfully, I stumbled upon it while out hunting. I know the penalty for looting public realms and I am not fool enough to do so.

And it is news to me that the Celestians and Ceterians had access to the Pit at any point in time. If I remember correctly, you were banned near the tail end of the last TC/Celestis flare up. Both sides were not on good terms with the other. Which leads me to believe that either it was someone in your former faction that took the diamonds, or the previously mentioned "duping" reasons.

To my knowledge, this is false. The only alts that Kress has are Paige Storm and Adjutant BUT they were both banned (and still are banned) when intelli caught Kress hacking i believe. I am not lying, i am going by what i was told. I was told that xIndes was an IRL friend of daddy and a friend of kress, and i was asked to help him out, and i did. I am just verifying that the diamond blocks were given by Physaux after his nether shop ordeal. xIndes has been around for a while, and that could be easily confirmed.
