Upload to imageshack, then take the forum code that is in the and paste it into the thread. If it still doesn't work, try changing the picture formatting to a PNG or a JPEG.

Open in a picture formatting program, such as Adobe Photoshop, or Preview. File, save as, select the document type as JPEG or PNG.
