I just got this issue too. Other servers log in fine and restarting MC doesnt change the issue.

What happens sometimes is that you close mine craft while on a server so it states that you are already logged in and takes a day or two to process.

Just happened to me as well.
Got kicked from channel 1, went to go to channel 2 and it tells me I'm already logged in.
