The correct answer with Elder Scrolls games is ALWAYS to get the PC version, period, end of discussion. Why? One word: MODS.

I'm playing on PC just fine; after a quick and painless install too. I'm also about to enjoy a ton of mods because I'm playing it on the PC. I wouldn't be so quick to judge the game because you get "error codes." Could possibly be a defective DVD. I remember getting Doom 3 when it first came out and one of the CDs had a small white spot along the outer ring of the disk which left the disk unreadable. I took it back, told em it was defective, got a new one. Game worked fine afterwards.

All this talk about "versions" I have no idea what that even means. There's a new version of Skyrim out already? I know there's a patch out (or two, not really sure how many are out at this point) but that gets downloaded after you install, obviously. So I would've looked into it a bit more instead of simply blaming the game for not working.

I thought he was talking (jokingly?) about trying to use a PS3 game disc (PS3 "version") in a PC and in an Xbox.

Atleast you got the actual game. One time I bought a game NEW (don't remember the which game) , went home, opened it up and there was a BLANK CD in it :shock: . I took it back and got a new one, but it still was annoying. lol

OH. NOW I GET IT. VERSIONS. OHHHHHH.

Played it legit on PS3. Almost choked on my own saliva. Then I did. It is everything I hoped for and more. Also, Giants hit like trucks, mammoths hit like fully loaded Semis.
