I appreciate the argument, Cerevox, but Plane knew exactly where that portal goes. We take it all the time to fight Shock and his guys, and it's always gone to that exact same spot from Shock's Nether base to his real base.

You must be stupid. He didn't get there from the portal you use in the nether, he got there through a different portal. You might not be aware of this, but a single portal in one world can receive from multiple portals in the other world.

You should of at least told him that he was in your house, because otherwise, all he knows is that some random guy walked up and told him to /spawn. He has no reason to obey.

As for him setting home, that is a strike against him, NOT a protection for you.(although considering he didn't know it was your house, I would not consider it a strike.) Just because one person was doing something bannable does not mean the other is protected.

cerevox. he got here from my portal in my base. he is always in my base and he knows where my teleporter leads to, him and his friends have been doing this. how can u call me stupid when you assume what he is doing? why do i need to tell him that it is my house, why cant he just leave and keep it simple? none of this would've happened if he wouldve just left when i asked him to leave. and also, he could've checked who the owner of the realm was at any point, but instead he ws too busy waiting for me to teleport so he could come behind me and kill me.

That puts a very different spin on it, as either he is completely oblivious, or lying.

He posted his reasoning on why he /sethome in your realm, not to kill you in The Nether.

The three warnings with one of those being a /msg was a rule posted by panthers17nfl in his Book of Rules, because he is not here anymore they are not enforced; merely taken as guidelines and the "right" thing to do. Having said this, I think that that rule should still apply, he could have just walked out of a random Nether portal and been found in your realm, casually exploring. He could have also been carrying some items which you or the fire would have gotten after his death, which I think should be considered "Illegal PvP"

he does know its my house, why wouldnt he? he always sees me come through it after i die. he always sees me use it. he always sees me spawn in there. he always sees me in it.i have SIGNS stating that its my property. there are also signs that has shocks property in it. why are you talking for him? shouldnt he be talking? and at any time he cold've checked the realm details.

EDIT: considering he used my teleporter before to kill me, isnt it safe to say that he would do it again, considering that i was pvping at the time? and also, he placed his home BEFORE i killed him, so that means that he did have intentions of killing me, he didnt know that i would have killed him beforehand. also, if you are going to say he knew that o wuld have killed him, how come he said he set his home at a different spot than where he was at originally? he did not move. that is more evidence that he set his mhome before knowing that i'd kill him

The whole problem here is Planephanatic knows where that portal leads, and what kind of hostile people lay on the other side.

Considering Plane and I are realm allies, and I'm arguing against his request on Lizzy (who I generally hate), I have a pretty good idea of what's going on.

Another attempt at getting someone banned by provoking them.

I am basing my conclusions on all information posted in this thread, since that is all the admins will have to work on when they make a decision. If there are other relevant things that have not been said yet, perhaps now would be a good time to post them all?

However, with all the information that has now been posted, after almost 2 pages of this, it feels like plane knew exactly what he was doing and was trying to bait you into breaking the rules. Considering his OP starts with

I was taking a peaceful stroll through the nether

which has to be false, both for it being the nether and for the fact that he seems to know that portal quite well.

Put anything else relevant out on the table, because right now it looks like plane was outright lying in a ban request.

DUDE! do you not understand? he has been DOING THIS BEFORE! what else would he be doing in our house? looking at blocks? yeah okay, sure. its not an assumption. he was going to use the teleporter to kill me just as he did BEFORE.
