I was taking a peaceful stroll through the nether, playing a bit of friendly tag with Cogohst when I came across xshockwavex's safehouse. Upon entering, I found a nice purple portal. Having been through the portal before and going through with xshockwavex himself, I figured I go through once again and do a bit of exploring. Upon exiting the portal, I was greeted by Lizzyjoex1 who immediately stated "I'd advise you to leave in the next ten seconds" or something along those lines. Unsure of the player's reasoning, I asked "why..." in public chat, only to be roasted to a crisp a few seconds later. Unsure whether or not I had goods on me, I quickly /sethome in case I died. Upon returning, I was greeted with the same hostility and killed once again, without so much as an apology. I'm not entirely sure what the rules on illegal pvp are, but I've seen others banned in the past. Screenshots

I saw that in chat, that's ridiculous. I don't get why anyone cares that someone who can do literally nothing is simply standing in a realm they own.

i care if someone is in our base because they will use our teleporter to come from behind us to kill us. whats the need for etting your home in OUR base where you have NO building privileges ? NONE. so there should be no reason as to why he would be in our base. nothing.

i dont have a screen recorder always running, flannyflan suggested i have it running when im playing. so i took her advice. i actually just turned it on for this. but yeah without this evidence i could have the possibility of getting banned?

That video ought to put you in the clear, mostly because it runs directly with old, sort of unspoken rules even from Intelli that if you warn someone prior to the kill, it's fine.

The fact he returned makes it fine, again, because it was obvious you didn't want him there.

Lizzy, not only does your argument not hold up, your video actually works AGAINST you. You failed to send him a message, which is a fairly important detail if someone should happen to have chat off. Now, as this is apparently something that happened in the overworld, you were completely safe from attack, because we have the nifty ability to TOGGLE PVP. There is no excuse, you attacked someone who could do nothing more than look at your creations, which were made on a multiplayer server, and should have been intended to be seen.

How interesting. He entered your house and refused to leave, which is against the rules. Although you should probably of told him why, since he had no idea where he was on exit from the portal. It sounded like that portal had changed it's exit since the last time he was through it. That part was excusable easily, but then he came back. So, he needs a ban.

On the flip side, you killed multiple people with fire without having pvp turned on. That is bannable. Plus, almost no warning and no explanation.

My personal recommendation is that BOTH of these retards get banned, as they both have provided tons of evidence that both of them have broken rules.

except his intentions were not to look at my creation, he set his home there to use my teleporter to get into the nether to kill me from behind in our base i the nether. i talked to him as i knew he did not have his chat off, he was talking to me on it, which meant he was indeed reading the nmessages. the point is. i gave him warnings to leave, i did not want him in my private realm, what creation does he want to see? my chest room? nothing special. if he wants to see works of art, he should see the phenix or structures at spawn.

ESPECIALLY when he sets his HOME in our BASE

You must be stupid. He didn't get there from the portal you use in the nether, he got there through a different portal. You might not be aware of this, but a single portal in one world can receive from multiple portals in the other world.

You should of at least told him that he was in your house, because otherwise, all he knows is that some random guy walked up and told him to /spawn. He has no reason to obey.

As for him setting home, that is a strike against him, NOT a protection for you.(although considering he didn't know it was your house, I would not consider it a strike.) Just because one person was doing something bannable does not mean the other is protected.
