The fact that some spawn realms may appear to be unappealing to a group of players is encouragement for said players to use their own resources to make a change. If you don't like something, then change it yourself instead of making everyone work around you.

No idea. If you provide us with a list of the players you've already contacted who have turned down your request, then perhaps we can give you some advice about which other players own realms near spawn.
