I was banned for flying, on October 31, at 6:30ish pm est.

I guess if you have a fly mod being banned is inevitable. When I'm holding shift and building high up, and lag causes me to fall, which happens extremely frequently. Sometimes I will use fly mod to get back up. I justify it as fair balance, since lag is frustrating, and I'm too poor to donate and use channel 2, sorry. Also, a week ago I was caught in a hole at trade and was kicked for flying. Though that time I wasn't flying, when I re-logged in I was still caught in hole, and didn't have time to type /home. I was kicked multiple times before I managed to succeed. Then when I spawned home I was in a home hole, lol, so frustrating.
As for reasons to unban, hmmm, I doubt I will want to go through this again. The only place I have played minecraft is here on this server, so everything I have built is here. If I lost it all I would be sad, since I've put in a month of building on my castle and tree house. There haven't been any complaints about me since I've been on. I add to the community in abysuss I built a majority of the public bridges there, I help others by giving away free stuff ask pehe, slyfoxofsiren, minolek, Jansonsdabomb and random other players, I can't recall all the names. Also when a player dies I will collect thier stuff and return it to them at trade, or put a chest down and fill it with their lost stuff inside, and leave bonus items ask kostjuk, and sushigirl. If you do decide to reject me is there someway you could email me my realm as a .zip file? Lol, prolly not right, had to ask, sooo many hours of work though I'm sure you understand.
So to sum up I did fly, its the only mod I have. It's not worth getting caught using and being banned for, and losing many hours of work forever.

I agree.. But it's public post (Check my latest ban appeal to see what Im getting on) so he shuld be able to post on it.

I have no idea how to use CH2, and this ban appeal seems legit... I guess. o.o

Good luck on your appeal, I know its really frustrating with the lag. If you get unbanned(hopefully) remember to remove the mod FOREVER, because if you want singleplayer fly, just get a creative world.

Ok, I deleted my fly mod, I'm too lazy to go through installing it again so no worries. Maca930 I was unaware that channel 2 had been opened to everyone, or that it would open to general public. Anyways the poor comment was more of a joke than an excuse. Most people are poor nowadays due to housing market collapse, and now Greece bringing down the EU's economy. Which effects the stock market and then the rest of the world. But, I digress, I miss my treehouse I want to finish it and I planned on making an Abysuss storage building for realm-less players. Also, I have block scaffolding steps going up the outside of my tree to the last place I started building up. So, I would think that would make it obvious I wasn't abusing the fly mod. I used it for getting back up when lag made me fall. What will I do without my minecraft creations they were a second home. I can't play minecraft, but I have some rope in the garage, I wonder how easy it is to make a noose? Will it kill me if I stick a metal fork in an outlet? Is it painfull to drink a whole bottle of drain-o? Isn't cyanide made from peach seeds? Will my realms be disbanded before this is read, that makes me sad. I think I will lay in a big trash bag and run the lawn mower exhaust into the bag. Apparently nobody on this server will miss me anyways, no good deeds go unpunished. They can't even comment on me being a charitable and amicable player. I would continue to help regardless, but I have a trashbag to fill with a big piece of trash. lol jk I doubt anyone will read all this anyways.

Please don't discourage players from having a second chance on minerealm. Intelli always wants players to have second chances.
