You do know that when its cooked it is sushi and when its uncooked is sashimi, right? So if it is not cooked it is not actually sushi...

However, I do have to agree that they are delicious.

Sashimi is straight up sliced raw fish.. No rice, no Nori (Seaweed wrap), Nothing but the fish.

Sushi, is rice, nori, other ingredients (cucumber, fish roe, etc), along with either Cooked eel, Crabmeat or RAW FISH. Sushi can be tempura style, will still having the raw ingredients inside.

its all delicious.. Lin we need another 100 dollar trip.
