When I try to connect to the server, it just keeps saying "Connection refused: connect."
Anyone know why it would be saying that?

I tried re-downloading and it still says it.
Thanks in advance for any info.

My connection had a total stroke.... And some douche posted a youtube vid of himself griefing Spawn City. See topic and read the replies for great justice.

I was just curious because it usually just says connection timed out when its down, not connection refused.
