Hey, I want to know what ports this server is using so I can portforward my router to maybe increase speed. If this server just uses the regular Minecraft ports I portforward these.

Thank you!

Port forwarding will seriously make no difference what so ever. that is not the purpose of forwarding.
However, if you are still determined to forward a port, I would do 25564 on tcp.

Again, it wont do anything in this situation.

Your probably right, but you never know :). Thanks for the info.

Hmm, than I just don't do it. So far as I know I put 1756 as routing towards 80. Because 80 is not being blocked the information that comes from port 1756 is not getting blocked either. Doubt that's the case but oh, well :P.

I already did the firewall part, I think anyways o.o....

here's my netstat output:
tcp6 43571 ESTABLISHED ::ffff:184.173.122.50 25565 184.173.122.50-static.reverse.softlayer.com 11499 java

tcp6 43649 ESTABLISHED ::ffff:184.173.122.50 25565 184.173.122.50-static.reverse.softlayer.com 11875 java

it seems to change each time, somewhere around the 43500-43700 range. I wouldnt start setting port forwarding though unless you had a specific problem with your local network. The gains would be negligible. As long as you're using a modern router with UPnP enabled, you should be fine.

On intelli's side, the server seems to be locked to 25565, but you wouldnt want to set that number unless you were hosting your own server.

Hmmm, it seems I won't be portforwarding than. I think it's totally the server problem than, I just see if I forgot to add exceptions for Minecraft.exe and maybe Javaw.exe
