Then they'd be controlled by their respected factions. Dis is meant to be a hub of all the people of MineRealm, though policed by Ceteri.

Policed by more than just Ceteri to make sure Ceteri obeys the laws. The separate forces keep an eye on the citizens and each other so there's no vigilante justice or police corruption.

Surprising enough, aguy130 is a guilty of inner-wall-griefing. And to my knowledge, the only people who do take part in that are occasionally jtcanon (he cleans his mess up though <3), mystro211 x1,000,000 (he also lava'd our base and the main road), and Cogohst has actually been good about sticking to the main roads, and walls of the road and not bases.

More on-topic: Silsu, about the pvping in the city: You won't have to worry about innocents getting caught up in it unless it turns into a turf war. Last night we killed... everyone. But usually, we let anyone pass and even escort those who ask for help. I saved a few noobs who were being semi-portal camped by mystro211, I'm sure NTC would we willing to set up watch towers and have archers work it on a hourly basis. More on this later.

I haven't dug any tunnels inside the walls. I have discovered some, but never created. Don't accuse.

As for the city, I'm skeptical on whether or not we'll take place in it. If it involves the private realms, then nether storage would be much easier though. I'm excited to see how it unravels.

Well the only way it will have a chance at protection is if the poll on the Ideas/Suggestions thread gets at least 50% in favor.

I've not read the previous 6 pages of posts, cause i'm lazy, so forgive me if i talk about something already decided

I think this is a great plan, but should be saved for after the wipe to save resources and our precious time.

Thrace would be proud to help build this city, both by donating time and materials, under two conditions these would be that if such a city is built, it is built on protected land, i.e. people with shops or houses there have build rights, but those that don't, don't to hopefully prevent griefing, and that pvp be able to be turned off inside the city, our the city be a pvp-zone
