1. I never said "That's that guy who's a noob because he joined a month ago," or even implied that I had been around longer.

2. Are you blind? You only quoted the first two lines, leaving out the last one which makes your quote pointless -> "And I never claimed they were official rules," I said to avoid confusion, but it seems it caught the blind spot of your eye.

Now back to the topic, if their were official requirements, Bbal_Star wouldn't meet them. There's nothing mean about it, maybe in the distant future you can bump this if you feel you're ready.
