I'm pretty sure he was just trying to help out. It was a smart call because a lot of people who aren't mods/admins/me are posting here with a sense of entitlement. I'm surprised a mod/admin hasn't said made that call yet.

If somebody has a good enough reason, bringing something productive to this appeal they should be able to post.

Apart from that, all you mindlessly posting "i thik he shuld be unbaned he is nic" and "i dont thinc he shud be unbaned". That is not productive in anyway, neither is starting pointless flame wars.

Every person posted in support of me being unbanned, and I don't think they used the "He's a nice guy," sentence, and most of them were correct as far as literacy goes. I'm grateful to the people who care enough to post their reasoning here, but no one so far has really said something without being intuitive other then someonee saying "It's extremely wrong," because that is false. I did deserve to be banned, the length of my ban is what worries me though. :'(

I wasn't even doing it in a joking manor, I was more intrigued that it didn't allow the accommodation of the word anal even when used in a non-derogatory connotation. But I accept that what I did was stupid and I apologize for it.

*EDIT* I do understand the annoyance it brings to mods/admins when people pointlessly say "He should be unbanned, he is nice," as if being nice gets you unbanned.

and thank you, s2. IMO (I can have an opinion - doesn't make it true, so don't say it ) no one should put any side arguments dealing with HOW someone appeals. That's why I requested a cease in unnecessary posting. Done.

My statement was not on the ban itself. I am not trying to travel offtopic as you previously stated, just to restore forum sanity on this topic.

My basic message: If you have nothing productive to post in a appeal/ban request, don't post. Same goes for Applications.

If any of you want to be dull, go onto the chat section and do what you like, not here.

Edit: _Beast_ you were attempting to have more power/authority over the other users than you actually do on this topic. Neither were you trying to state a opinion, that I have also posted against. Also, if you have a opinion, but it is not productive to the appeal, keep it to yourself.
