So I'm doing my thing when Coolin pops up, I say Hello, He starts raving at me that I'm some sort of nOOb, accusing me of stealing his stuff. Swearing at me & being rather abusive.

We talked it out & I thought we'de resolved it, but then sometime later, I'm getting told by one of my friends that someone is lava-ring my mine, the mod was brought into it & he did sort it(Cheers Shampoo_Lord).

But from what I understand, he wrote some sign with forbidden words on it, which is why he got his arse kicked out.

I have no problem with the guy & I never took any of his stuff.

So I'll leave it up to you guys whether you want the likes of him back on your server or not.

his story is true, but one thing he didnt told: His "friends" took al my stuff out of my chests. I asked him to give them back to me or just ask his friends to give the stuff back. But i never heared a thing. And u (or ur friends) did griefed my house. And that was not easy to rebuild because it were all stone bricks. So i took revenge. I stole some stuff with the same price as my lost 2 diamonds and 64 gold and i made some mess in ur big mine. But it was not meant to you but to ur friends, and BTW, some1 called Mark227 gave me the buckets of lava and said that i would get 1000cr if i emptied them on the floor

If you thought someone had broken a window in your home, would you run over and set their friends house on fire after emptying it of any valuables? No, and if you did, you would be tried for it in a court of law and hauled off to prison, seeing how horrible you are at covering your tracks. Block destruction and placement is completely tracked by the server, and this data is accessible by mods and admins. If you had asked a mod to check the damage before you fixed it and went on a rampage, the culprit would have been banned and the damage reverted. At the moment, your story is as follows:

"Some guys may or may not have stolen from me and destroyed my home. After getting rid of every trace of convicting evidence, I was told by a friend of mine that I would be payed if I emptied out an inventory of lava into one of the houses of the mean guys who griefed my home."

lol, mods can unban, i see u did that more. U just dont wanna unban me cuz u think im a criminal or somethin but i did nothing wrong and if i did, i have regret, like i said...

Actually, no. Mods on this server do not have the ability to unban players. Only admins have that command.

That could be completely circumstantial. What if someone stole from both of you, and dug a tunnel between the houses to make things a bit smoother? You know nothing unless you witnessed it or had a mod check the blocks. Neither of these happened, so there is no justification for what you did.
