The server hasn't been up for a year. Seeing as I was the one who banned you, I do NOT wish to see you unbanned. When you DID fly, we questioned you, and then you said an admin told you that you could have a hacked client. It seems like you aren't quite being completely honest.

Ok, many many things to say.
1. I like your signature.
2. I asked Kerovon if I could have it installed, but not use it. He said yes. (can I get conformation)
3. I thought it was a year, I have a bad memory. I think I started around October, but am not sure.
4. Indeed, you did ban my alt. I didn't do anything wrong with this alt, but it was irresponsible to use it. I was just checking out the server. (can you confirm I wasn't banned for hacking on this alt?)
5. This is the truth. I would not lie to get unbanned. If I'm leaving any info out, just notify me.

When a main is banned, typically all known alts are banned as well. Your alt shares your main's guilt.

There is a thread talking about the one year anniversary in the announcement section, which has not happened yet. Bad memory AND bad observation skills.

Typically, having mods installed without using them is allowed on the grounds that it is undetectable and thus not enforceable. Since you were caught and punished, you had to have used the mod and not simply let it lie there.

At risk of sounding cliche; the 1 year anniversary is right in front of your face when you go to the forum, seeing as it is a new topic and doesn't require bumping to be seen.

Also: If the 1 year thing was irrelevant why would you post it in the first place? This is a section for posting relevant to your ban appeal; not how long you've played. By the looks of it, I'd say you said that with a sense of self entitlement, as if this is some reason to be unbanned. With the information given; I'd like to recline my statement of his worthiness for another chance, furthermore stating that this player doesn't seem ready to be a part of the community.

So I have reviewed this extensively and I'm sorry to say tyman I'm denying this and I'll explain why.

It was a mistake, and now I have no mods, except for my single player mods.

That especially in bold is not true at all. I have proof that not only have you used a modded client after your appeal but your account was also comprimised and can be used at will from other people who I assume have cracked your password.

I can't say who the source is they wish to remain Anonymous. But I can tell you the name of the client and provide the list of compromised accounts if need be to prove why you are rejected.

I hope you learn from you mistakes.
