Meh, I'd say unban him if he doesn't use it. Unless you don't trust him not to Intelli, in the case that it currently doesn't warn the moderators of his hacking.

With the release of 1.8 you do not need modify the game at all, therefore it would be considered cheating, but either way you should still not use what Jailbird mentioned, as it is against the rules.

Again I didn't use it. I also didn't know it wasn't allowed because didn't modify my Minecraft. I don't know why Intelli wouldn't trust me. I haven't done anything to him or anyone else!

Yeah. I would really appreciate if Intelli would look at this as it was him who banned me. If this is a personal thing Intelli feel free to Private Message me. I am on the forum alot. I have no where else to go online.
