As we all know the server is back up and running fine now, but the performance of the server is lacking severely from what it was before 1.3.

I tend to find my self more often then ever playing whack-a-mole with blocks I am trying to mine, as in, some of them respawn right after I destroy them.

Also, as many people noticed the chunk load time takes forever, whenever I use any teleporting command to go into a new area the times for the area to load basically tripled.

I hope everyone is aware of these issues and the server admins, mods, and the people at bukkit are doing everything in their power to restore the server to its original state of performance.

These problems are caused from bukkit and minecraft in general. There is nothing we can personally do to fix these problems except wait for updates.

The block problem is caused from bukkit being a little buggy.

The loading the map slowly is from the new map loader notch has implemented called mcregion. For some reason it loads from one side of the map to the other instead of from the character outward.\

Again we do know about these problems however we cannot directly fix them.
