i was banned from the server awhile ago, but didn't realize it till now, basically i let my brother go on my account and he must have turned on x-ray mod... i am deeply sorry for his actions and it will not HAPPEN AGAIN. and i also deleted all the mods i had on minecraft.

The claim that your brother got you banned will probably be treated as irrelevant. The mods/admins have no way to verify that, in fact, it wasn't you getting yourself banned, and even if they could, they usually maintain that, as a matter of principle, you should be responsible for your account either way. Advice: edit your appeal to make it sound as if you're apologizing for your own actions rather than someone else's, since that's how it will probably be treated anyway.
