It's ridiculous because, from what I recall, he had pvp on anyway. I remember in the chat he admitted to it, but still wouldn't admit that it was his own fault that he put himself in the position to have this happen to himself. When it comes down to it, its a game and its a free-for-all. If you can't defend yourself, then you might want to stay away from others. I just don't think creeps should expect any sympathy when it comes down to being his own fault.

This is pretty common in Minerealm, actually it's pretty common everywhere. Humans need something to make drama over, conflict is hardwired into our psyche. That's a topic for another thread at another time, though.

Also, there seems to be a lot of preteens or even children on this server, so you can't expect much maturity. All that high school drama apparently isn't enough, so it has to be brought online too. Seen it on Facebook.. but its not surprising its made its way to something like Minerealm.

What are the coordinates of the pit? When I'm bored, I sometimes like to suicide-jump off the top of Foxtops or Intelli's apartment building at spawn, but I could use a change of scenery on the way down.

How is this topic ridiculous? Anyone who pushes someone in a chasm and takes their fallen items IS a jerk. How would you like being robbed of all those valuables? Certainly, he shouldn't be banned for that. It could have been an accident. But the fact that he (or anyone) took the fallen items is just plain rude.

Then again, nobody should be carrying so many rares with them and at the same time standing on the edge of a cliff. That's just stupid.

Basically, learn intelligence and learn manners.

It wasn't an accident, he did the same thing to me my 2nd day in the server. I talked to Rokkrwolf312 who was online at the time, but he said there's no real way to prove it or get my items back. It wasn't 100% clear back then whether Kress did it on purpose or not, but this thread confirms it.

Sure, I'll take partial credit for being such a noob... but this kind of behavior happening at all, let alone right next to spawn, is pretty ridiculous.

I'm not playing on minerealm anymore (in large part due to this incident) so I wont bother with a ban request, but I thought it would be helpful for some of you to hear what I had to say.

I would also like to add that every time an unfortunate player commits "suicide" by pitfall, Kress91 instead of taking the dropped items for his own personal needs, quickly disposes the items into lava for the following reasons:

1) To save the player from future pitfall danger due to recovery of said dropped items.

2) To allow the player the security of knowing that someone else is not benefiting from their work of getting said dropped items.

3) To allow the player a clear inventory ready to go back into the world of minecraft and adventure to get NEW items!

I see this as generous.

1) He does not need the items.

2) He wants an excuse when players ask for their items back.

3) He wanted to kill the other player just to make him mad. Because that is what he does.
