On Tuesday, i was banned for looting the realm of davidjirk, and i will agree that i did do this, the reason being that i was walking around, seen a massive public building, didn't make much sence that it was public, so i went in, seen a bunch of chests, and had guessed that the owner quit. Didn't really want all the stuff to disapear when 1.8 hit...so i looted. At the time i didn't know of the rule, but obviously, that's my own fault.

I hope to be able to once again join MR, as it's the only, and first MC server i've ever played, if i were to be unbanned i would also pay the owner of the realm double of what i stole. I believe in total, all i got was about 10 stacks of wool, few stacks of coal, and maybe 5 slimeballs. I'll gladly give the person back 20 stacks of wool, a stack of diamonds, and a stack of slimeballs, as i very well feel liek a doushe for what i've done.

I can also guarantee this'll never happen again, in my month or so of playing MR, i've not yet 'been warned/banned/kicked. This is my first, and last offence.

I was called to check out a realm which had recently disbanded. Your name came up when I checked missing materials in the floor of the realm. FYI it is still against the rules to loot/grief disbanded realms.

Could i possibly get a hint on which realm? Because if it's the frogtown store, suikadesu's, i've told him that if he wanted his realm back, i would re-sell it for 11k, not only this, but i never touched the realm before buying it, someone had looted it before me, and i fixed it up.

A landmark, coords, or approximate location to the realm which i was accused of looting would be much appreciated.

EDIT: flannyflan stated on another thread that it was davidjirks realm, or something along those lings, i'll now update my first post with my appeal.

I very well do hope that i can atleast be given a chance, to put the items i had in my inventory, in my chests, because before being banned, i had a good sum of my items, in my inventory, i'd say about 40K RC in items...Which'll all be gone in 2-3 days.

What about My and DavidJerk's items? Thats why i went out there, to get them to put at my home so he could atleast keep those, to find them stolen. Looks like we wont get the chance to keep ours. Why Keep yours?

I clearly stated in my appeal that i would give him double of what i looted, all i got was a few stacks of wool, coal, and a handfull of slimeballs. I'll gladly give him 20 stacks of wool, a stack of diamonds, and a stack of slimeballs, which is ALOT more then what i looted from him.

I believe that tehbomb should be given another chance, he clearly understands that what he had done was wrong. I have met him in game and he seems like a nice person as well. I am sure he meant no harm when he was taking the items from the chest (assuming that no one lived there), he didn't want the items to go to waste which I can understand. At least he was thinking good when he didn't want anything to go to waste during the update.

I understand that the rules say that Looting/griefing is NOT allowed, but after tehbomb has seen that what he did was wrong he should be given a second chance, especially if he is returning a very generous amount of items in return for his not too bright acts.

Also, if why are mad about that little of items... that is if it was only some wool coal and alittle amount of diamonds and slimes then please remember it's only a video game.
