If the owner has forfeited all right to the realm, or you have complete permission to destroy the buildings, then the action of destroying would not be considered griefing. More like deconstruction.

I don't think it's even a realm anymore so feel free to do what you want. There are almost 2 dozen iron BLOCKS on the blades of the windmill and lots of bricks you guys can probably salvage.

It is still a realm because one of your friends is still a current leader, and shares the realm with another member. You might want to talk to them about that.

As I walk through the remains of pure logic I can't help loving the place.
Even though it's all ripped apart it is an amazing sight.
