A Few Mods and Deisgns in the Aether

I have been playing SP for a bit recently. The client I am using is a compiling of some great mods put together, here's a few videos of the progress:

haha mate thats mad. I have tried installing the aether but every time i fail. Anyway, both of those are sweet... especially the aircraft one. haha

are we allowed to have the aether mod?

On single player, sure. On multi, it won't do you any good, as the server itself doesn't have Aether (and won't; it's simply too much to ask everyone to have it).

Yeah, I'd imagine that in order to have the Aether, it'd have to be officially part of a future Minecraft update. That way each user wouldn't need to install a mod. Notch did say there was going to be a sky world, right?
