Exactly. 3 people have said the same thing about fixing the /home side of the issue, and it works.

To those still complaining:

First, find a medium sized area, (If it is too small, you might glitch into a wall, if it is too big, the server will have to load THAT MANY MORE chunks) once you find a medium sized area, place two blocks below you, so you are in the air. Type /sethome, then destroy the two blocks. And your done.

Whoever gets this problem, it is on YOUR part. By doing this I have conquered the chunk loading error.

well, back in the day before i discovered i knew how to fly without knowing it or owning the mod, this home glitch happened ALL the time! i would simply do /home and appear in some kind of chunk error, and would be dealt continuous damage! it happened like 2-5 times daily!

Its happend to me a few times before but i did what wolf said and ive never had the problem again. A sign at spawn may actually help if people will read it.

I've seen may people die upon entering the /spawn command. I personally take a heart of damage every time I /spawn and have come close to dying several times because of this. I have also experienced severe lag when porting home and it's only a matter of time before I die as well. A two second delay is a great way to solve this problem, it will give people with slow computers and Internet a chance to not die when teleporting. I don't know about you but I have been plagued by the /spawn problem for a long time due to a slow internet connection and would be happy to see it fixed.

I have to agree by saying that something should probably done to fix this error, for some reason it only glitches in some spots for me. I don't mind it much now that I understand it better, I would just be concerned that people who are new to the server would freak out.

I also find sometimes, if there is a large amount of server traffic, that when i do /home and i'm not within say 200 blocks, the server can't load my home chunk quickly enough and i'll either fall through the floor repeatedly, or fall into the void :/
