Hey Guys,
I joined the server a few days ago because some of my irl friends play on it and suggested minerealm. I came from a server that allowed fly mods and by habit I would hit F (fly mod command key). I believe I got banned for using fly mod, which I 100% admit to using. I disabled fly mod after getting kicked from the server and being warned by a in-game moderator. The following day (today), I logged on to find the ban message. Thanks for your time and reading my message.

I doubt you don't use other mods, seeing as there are very few stand alone minecraft mods/clients. Also, it's in the rules at spawn that there is no flying allowed if you can't have the common sense to check the rules on a new server that you joined then you shouldn't be playing on that server in the first place. However seeing as this your first offense and you're new, Kerovon will likely take pity on you. Just wait for a mod/admin to reply and don't bump the post.

I also think that a second chance sounds fair. In reality, not everyone will read the rules at spawn unfortunately. I don't think they should necessarily be punished for that, but it does need to be made clear what the rules are if someone does break them. Since you're new, it's expected that you might break a rule unknowingly. Everyone makes mistakes.

Thanks for understanding. I did read the rules but I've had fly mod so long its just a instant reaction if i fall in a hole to fly out. By the time I realize I'm flying i get kicked. It's just fate.

Looks like you were actually banned for griefing, the flying had nothing to do with you getting banned.

Could you tell me what I griefed because I only built at my 2 friends realm at X -350 y 12 z 1500. I've never tried to grief someone elses creation. While playing on the server I've just been digging out stone, sand, and dirt to get enough credits for a realm. Most of the time I am underground.

Well the other admin banned you I'm not sure entirely but he did put rails, so I'm guessing someone railroad tracks.

I was called in to check on griefing, and found a line of railroad tracks that had been removed by you.

The tracks where next to my friends realm, there was no sign posted and 60% of the track was gone. I thought it was abandon so I took some of it (not all of it). You were in the right to ban me and I feel bad for the person who's track I took. Tell them to put up signs or make a realm to let other players know. I do take responsibility.
