I'm not even sure how I got banned, I haven't logged on for a couple weeks now and when I tried to log on tonight I'm banned. Last I was on I was working on a new building on a realm I owned.

So, both an appeal of the ban and a request for explanation of the ban.

I hadn't realized x-ray was illegal. That might have been dumb of me, but stupidity is less malice and more not thinking. If I remove the mod, can I get unbanned? I'm happy to pay an RC/item fine as well.

At the spawn, there is a sign that clearly says "No griefing, or mods like fly mod, X-ray mod, and some other stuff. I'm kind of dissapointed at the fact that people wont take three seconds to read some signs.

i always read the signs. i always know when not to fly(HINT HINT) ect. anyways, i also understand how one wouldnt pay attention to them. it takes quite a bit of searching to find a good server like this one.

Excuse me but, I haven't been on in 3 days due to an event i had to go to, and when i came on this morning those signs were there... They were put there after the initial Purge. Yes mods are against the rules but the xray specific sign is BRAND NEW. Don't be so hasty to pull that out of the hat because if he were banned, he wouldn't have seen them.

Yeah, I haven't been on the server since roughly July 25th. The x-ray mod wasn't mentioned. I probably should have figured out that it wasn't permitted, but as I said, it was more of a dumb unthinking mistake than actively wanting to break the rules.

Excuse me, but there were sings on the walls that say no x-ray mod and a couple other mods. And there on the wall.

Starspeed, as Flannyflan pointed out the sign about the xray mod was not placed until after the initial bannings. Since I was banned prior to the sign going up, there would have been no way for me to read it. Had I read it, I would have stopped using the mod.

Should be common sense, if mods aren't allowed, obviously xray won't be.

Why would you be allowed to have an advantage over players who don't know how to install these mods/want to play legit?
