Well the Celestial kingdom is a mormon heaven, other than that I see no link to what Cog intended it to mean. (He said this a long time ago).

Terra Celestis means Heavenly Earth.

I dont quite know how Celestis translates into Heavenly though.

Actually Foxtops is the most likely to conquer Minerealm they have almost twice as much realms as Celetis ( I think).
