There is a realm directly in front of mine and it is owned by Pandagames07 (The coordinates are x-225 z-75). The realm is just a mound of cobble and it is quite ugly. I believe it is lowering my chance at selling my realm as I have been informed by a few people that they wouldn't buy my realm because of that. I heard that Pandagames07 is no longer on the server anymore but he could come back at any time. I don't know if there is anything the mods or admins can do about it but I would appreciate if it was looked into.

Edit* The realm is owned by DrCompanionCube who is also banned I believe.

Pandagames was banned for getting on his alt and spamming. His realm should be auctioned off soon enough.

Ok I did not know that. I was falsely informed.
Either way It is still blocking off my realm which had a road through his. He covered it so he could build more I guess. He also griefed the bridge to my realm but he owns the realm the brigde is in so who know about it.

I'm not exactly positive how the mods/admins handle it outside of spawn realms, but I'm fairly sure he's not allowed to block off access to your realm. I know connor had to open up a hole in a wall at the IBOL for people to get through.

You have access to your realm. I own the one right next to it on the side and there's a path and stairs going right down to that level now. I finished that phase lastnight. You just need to move your doors and you'll in fact have easier access.

As for your realm not selling. As your neighbor I will tell you your best bet is to level that whole lot. You'll get more offers and credits if that huge cobblestone structure isn't there. Level it and fill it with dirt.

My conclusion is that the realm owners directly touching mine need to change there realms to make an exit/entrance to my realm. I do not know who the 2 people beside me are so I can give no names. As for the bridge being blocked off and the road destroyed I can do nothing because the bridge and road aren't in a realm I own. Panda or DrCompanionCube bought it.

P.S.- As for the structure the people I have talked to liked it more because it wasn't just some expanse of dirt.

I went out to check it out the other day because I was interested in buying it. The realm itself mattered little to me (I would have just leveled it myself). The location/distance from spawn is good, but it was your neighbors that soured the deal for me. You seem to be more or less walled-off, which means I'd have to raise the floor of the realm and there is no guarantee they won't just build their walls higher. Also, the realms in between haven't added to the spawn roads, which is a turn off as the roads make travelling much easier.

Those were the issues I had with it anyway. Seeing the situation as it is, I wouldn't offer over 10k for the realm and I paid 18k for one a similar distance from spawn with much more pleasant surroundings.
