You need to know gramar, spelling and the things referenced in the linked post above.

I'm serious about the gramar and spelling btw. Poor gramar or spelling suggests a lack of education, further implying low intellegence or a lack of motivation. No one wants to trust a virtual stranger, much less one who seems stupid or lazy.

Essentially, tweet-speak, l33t-speak, lack of punctuation, etc make strangers not trust you.
