You obviously have no clue what's going on with people buying other realms, yes what you quoted is true but things aren't 100% concrete on what he wrote, there's several other cases which this same situation has happened and guess what Intelli removed the realms and reimbursed the players who bought it. This has nothing to do with what I want to do, the decision was talked over by mods and admins and decided.

All the members of your group have been warned before during your antics, it's just a temp ban while it's being investigate not like he's banned forever.

This isn't just about Maxee's ban. This is about upholding statements and rules to me. We have a conflict of things here. A ban for the assumed harassment has been carried out, but the rule/statement saying people can buy anywhere will not be upheld?

There's zero cases of the person being banned for doing such.

None have been brought to the forums because Intelli was online at the present time and took care of it himself. Which none were banned and given a strict warning. It was a group decision, 2 mods and 1 admin made the decision.

If mods/admins think that a temporary majority allows them to ignore the server's rules, then I think a culling is in order.

The major factor here that led to the ban was that I explicitly told the entire celestis group, several times, that if they buy a realm with the express purpose of harassing someone, that I would be banning. I have warned them over this several times. This group has also previously been forced to disband a realm which the erected purely to harass another realm, so they can't make any claims to being ignorant to this.

If you want to talk book of rules, I can explicitly cite him as violating section 8.1, and if you disagree there, section 7.5. Furthermore, I could also call section 6.3 (trespassing; I have witnessed catsfuzz telling him to leave the house that he claimed), and certainly sections 2.4 and possibly 2.1, seeing as maxee destroyed the blocks over catsfuzz's chests. There was zero reason for him to be doing this.

The rules supported this ban, precedent supports this ban, the fact that warnings have previously been issued supports this ban.

You have no rules other than 7.5, no precedent (I don't think you know what that word means actually), and zero public warnings. Looks to me like you've got nothing but a God complex.
