Well I decided on a whim to return to MineRealm, I go to log onto the server and I find that I have, apparently, been banned sometime between two years ago and now.

The only reasoning I could see behind this is my previous involvement with the group known as Ceteri, of which whom I am no longer affiliated (Honestly they're all kinda jerks when you get down to it). If the banning was for another reason, then please, let me know, but I feel that the continual ban for associating with people from two years ago...well, it's not right.

The reason had something to do with you logging on a forbidden server. Before that, you got banned for x-ray-ing and one time for spamming. Even though the last two were 3 years ago, it makes a total of 3 bans. How do we know that you won’t get banned for the 4th time, should Rokkr decide to unban you?

I suppose asking that you have some faith in me that I'll do everything in my power to not get banned is all I can do.

Honestly, the only thing I'll cop to is the "forbidden server" and that's because I was following the Ceteri group. I cannot recall the spamming, and the x-ray was an accidental tripping of an implemented script that detected how many diamonds you mined in a space of time. At the time I was clearing a bedrock level 50x50x50 cube and, upon inspection of my inventory, found not-guilty of x-raying.

I would also like to point out that I had appealed once before regarding the "Forbidden Server" ban with no response other than that I fell under the blanket banning of any that went to said server. Those that were banned before the announcement was made (see: me) were unbanned as they had no idea about said blanket ban. Apparently I was skipped over.

Also, please keep in mind I was running with Ceteri then and disregard the...unflattering comments

Also apparently I got the bannings backwards. Apparently I did use x-ray textures to assist in digging out sections for a base near bedrock (Mostly to be sure I wasn't going to dig straight into lava and, you know, die).

It was the spamming ban that was questionable.

July 26th, around 8:45 PM, I was banned for unknown reasons. Just prior to my banning, I was setting down dirt around my realm trying to level the ground. My internet died and upon my attempted return, I was informed that I was banned. I'm not sure at all what I did, but I think it may have something to do with my asking "What is that video about?" during a spam of Youtube links.

As far as I am aware I have done nothing wrong and would either like to be unbanned or at least informed as to what led to my banning.

There is a spambot that the mods and admins are dealing with. Talking slows the process, so they banned anyone who speaks. You will probably be unbanned after this clears up.

Yes, and I'm admitting to the x-raying but I don't feel that the other two bans were justified. I think we can agree the "spamming" ban shouldn't be taken into account given the situation, and while I handled the blanket "forbidden server" appeal very poorly (Oh God what was I thinking with that?), one must take into account that I hadn't been covered under the mass unbanning of those that had accessed said forbidden server prior to the official announcement of said forbiddenness.

My issue is the supposition that past performance (two-years ago past performance at that) has any relevance on future performance. This is doubly so when you look into the actual details behind the bans instead of just looking at the bans themselves.
