Okay Rokkor what did I do this time to warrant a ban without an even warning before you would kick me or ban me. You said that to Darth_raven that I was talking bad about intelli on 5/18/2014. I did not even speak a word about intelli and I did not warrant any other bans that I have done today. I would like you to review the chat logs again and see if this warrants my ban from the server. Your server is becoming too uptight on banning people from the server too quickly and without warning. I do not thing I should of warrant any ban.

I want my ban appealed and let back in the server please. I have been in this server for over a year. And I have a quite a few friends on this server. So please appeal my ban. I would also like to see what I did to warrant a ban and not just a kick.

Well to start overall your comments are highly inappropriate and you have been banned before that is more than enough warning for you to actually think before you spurt off such comments.

As far as you talking about Intelli, you did talk about him and were not only inappropriate, you were completely disrespectful.



So as I said you've been banned for your language/inappropriate comments before, make such a comment such as that warrants a ban. In short don't lie to me cause it's getting you no where fast.

did you even see when those comments were even made. Why are you banning me for something that was said on a previous day. Those comments were not even said as of today and were in the past. As for the other comments. I do not believe they should of warrented a ban because after they were said I did stop the comments and nothing more was said of them afterwords. I do not believe a permant ban should be in effect this way. If you are banning people for what is said about other people in chat you might as well go thru all the chat logs and ban everyone. And not just single out me.

It doesn't matter when they were said, and according to the database it was said earlier this morning. Either way such comments shouldn't be made, if you really want me to pull up every inappropriate comment you have made I will. But to sit here and try to justify your comment disrespecting the server owner is appalling. As for bringing up what other people said just goes to show you aren't taking your ban seriously, they have nothing to do with what you said.

I wasnt even on this morning nor was I even logged into my computer. I was out shopping all morning so to say that I said those items was then it was not me who did say those. I was not here nor was I logged in the AM of this server. I was out shopping with my family. I do not know of whom then made those comments then as it was not me who made them to intelli. I am sorry to intelli that if someone is violiating my account and is posting obscene comments about him. I was not able to get logged in this morning and not able to play so I was not able to see if anyone was on my account. I am changing my password as I speak!!!

Well this morning according to the servers logs but we all live in different time zone's, it was roughly 20 hours ago. As far as it being you or not, I'm not seeing any other ips other than yours when it happened and you were also talking in chat prior about other things.

Again... 20 hours ago.... well if that was true if it is 20 hours from now... it is 5pm right now in my time zone so thatwould be aprox 1 am. Which means I was in bed... so it could of not been me... Also 20 hours from this morning say 9 am which would mean that would be 5 pm of the previous day and I was not able to log in because I had to watch my niece. So I do not know where those comments came from. But it seems that they did not come from me. I would like to have my ban reconsidered please.

It was 20 hours ago from now which if it's 5pm your time you live in the same timezone as me which 20 hours would be 9pm last night.

The only time I was on this server yesterday was between 11pm and 1:00ish give or take a few mins... eastern time... beyond that I was not able to log in due to having to baby sit my niece for the remainder of the night.

Okay i hope this helps....I apologize for my actions to the server and to the server owner (even thou I did not say those things about intelli)...I am still apologizing so that all can be resolved. I am sorry for my actions and will continue to watch my language in chat from now on.
