Thanks Oneman, but I think I'll take responsibility for my own actions from here.

While I do agree that your evidence presented does point and signify pvp logging, I do have a few questions.

Now my main suspicion is, during this time frame, I was wielding nothing important to me, not even that smite IV fire I diamond sword. No armor, no bow, nothing important. If you were to win, then you win, and I would have accepted your victory. If you had won, I would accept the loss of my mere diamond sword, and I probably would've just returned with another one. They're practically expendable to me because of my villagers. Dying is something I wouldn't have been afraid of.

As in the past, I reprimand pvp logging and do not naturally practice it myself. Futhermore, I am well versed in MineRealm's PvP rules and I am familiar with several conditions in which they have been applied from reading several ban appeals from the past.

Motive doesn't matter. You did it, you suffer the consequences.

The element of surprise? It doesn't seem like you used logging off to prevent yourself from dying, but more the logging on to ambush players by catching them by surprise.
Speaking of motives, what is the motive in killing a new player who just joined the server for the first time a couple of seconds ago? I don't PVP, so the answer is not obvious to me, but that just seems in bad taste to me.

No, I am trying to rule out possible motives for logging to further validfy a reason that I have presented to Rokkr in game.

I'm sorry to inturrupt, and don't mean to sound rude, but there's nothing worse I like to see than different people all against one person. Now I understand that you all are trying to help this, and support the BR. But in all respect, isn't this meant to be between the User that made the Request, The so called 'Suspect' and Staff? unless you have evidence or knowledge that no-one really knows, and will help anyone directly involved?

1) Do I have personal knowledge of the circumstances of this players ban, and is my comment for the purpose of sharing the knowledge?
2) Is my comment phrased such that a new player would not confuse me with a mod making an official decision about their appeal?
3) Will my comment not cause any flame wars or debates?

If your answer to all of these questions is not "Yes", then you probably should not be commenting on the thread that you are commenting on. If staff determines that your post is pointless and adds nothing to the thread, we will give you a ban for some duration. The duration of the ban will vary based on how often you have done it, how bad your comment is, and the mood of whichever staff bans you for it.

Now I'm not going to post anymore on this thread, but I felt that spoiler had something in it that you all (aside Staff ofc <3)might want to remember before posting.
