The joker.I know he was in the moives but there was a series on tv about batman that inculded the joker

Mark Hamil definately ranks as one of the best renditions of the Joker in my opinion.
His performance cutting the line between homicidal maniac/psycopathic killer and tragic clown/jokester.

I know he's not really a villain, more of an anti-hero, but I just had to. (Honestly, at this point this thread is becoming "TV shows that dlgn has watched.)
