He has demonstrated his dislike for me previously via trolling me intermittently, but lately he's begun to outright harass me. He went on a rant to insult me about things I did months ago, and deliberately caused as much difficulty as possible on the Dlgn Day thread, forcing fala to lock it, even after being warned that I would put up a forum ban request if he continued his trolling. I did nothing that could be seen as aggressive or provocative toward him, yet he explicitly refused to stop, saying that he had "nothing to lose". If that's the case, then I think it's best that he be banned from the forums.

I try to keep it to lighthearted teasing. Techno has harassed me repeatedly in the past year (telling me that he doesn't have to respect me if he doesn't feel like, for example), and refused to stop when asked respectfully and politely, daring me to post a ban request because he doesn't believe staff will do anything about it.

Staff, I beseech you: consider his history of harassment towards me. Consider his recent behavior. And, above all, consider rule 13.
