I should have mentioned that, guess I forgot. :P Her eyes are fine, nice and shiny. And her nose is dry. Both as they should be luckily. I mean I've heard her sneeze and it's mostly.. air? I guess is the word. It sounds more like a small "pew". XD
And her touching her face is just because her whiskers were snipped a while back when trying to integrate her with Moogle (supposed to help disorient her and help her bond easier.) You do it to the aggressive chinchilla if they're being difficult. (Don't worry! Doesn't hurt. And she let me do it with no fuss.) So she keeps wiping her face for that and obviously just to do typical grooming. Chinchillas play with their face/whiskers a lot. :)
I can see where you're coming from Kevin, but she is eating just fine. It goes down and comes out without any issues. I'm just worried if it's like, a UTI, or something internally that I can't see. Because I can't really check if she's urinating since it's in such small amounts and odorless. But good news is that she's drinking which means it's likely not that.

If it were a rat, I would guess that the hunching and increased vocalizing indicated pain. I don't know anything specifically about chinchilla. You might also try contacting a breeder. If they breed chinchilla specifically, they should theoretically have seen a wide range of health issues.

Anything you can do to check for sure? Perhaps put some kind of paper or cat litter on the floor in her cage?

Those are actually two very good ideas. I never thought of asking breeders particularly but it would make sense that they would notice a lot of subtleties that the typical chinchilla owner wouldn't.
And I'll try put paper towels at the bottom of her cage for the night to see if she urinates on them. :)
Hopefully she won't chew them up too much lol

Nah, it's not a cold. A cold would indicate that she has a gurgling sound when she breathes and discharge coming from her eyes and nose. The general consensus I'm getting from other chinchilla owners is it's likely something respiratory. They say the dust is very likely irritating her lungs and making it sort of painful sometimes when she breathes. It can become fatal if not taken care of properly. But it's not necessary to really see a vet for it since it's something we can take care of right at home. (Unless symptoms worsen dramatically) The noises she's making aren't sneezes but are just little whimper like noises that she makes.
The stress is actually not as much of an issue because she'd be showing a lot more signs if she was stressed like being lethargic, fur biting, etc. In terms of chinchilla behavior it's very VERY obvious to tell when they are stressed. She's also been mainly out of the room away from Moogle and still makes the noise. So it's not that. The Fur biting is actually just intense grooming, which I've noticed. NONE of the fur is missing so she's just grooming herself and her skin may be a little dry. (due to the dust)
This I kind find of silly ONLY because any chinchilla owner knows EVERYTHING gets dusty when you have chinchillas. XD Hell things across the room will get dusty just from being in the same room. I'm thinking her cage just got particularly MORE dusty by having two chinchillas in the room.
Good news is she's urinating so it IS likely something respiratory which I can handle myself. :)
I'm going to thoroughly clean out her cage/wash everything and Moogle's too. And then after a few days I'll update this thread with whether or not she's better. <3 Thank you for all your help everyone.
