He has an auto gold and egg farm in the same area that he was gathering while he was afk.

Stop trying to get me banned if this is your goal i feel sad for you.

Gold and egg farms do not require actual player interaction. In fact, it just requires the chunk to be loaded. I think you're the one that needs to grow up in this situation, as he/she was under the impression that you were AFK kicked on this server. As that turned out to be false, all that matters is that he/she doesn't bot again. There is no need to 'grow up' when you were under a false impression... and making sure he/she didn't log out gives them no more advantage than those who just AFK at farms like these all the time. Now, sure, it was wrong to use a bot (Especially following a large discussion over the forums and ingame) but honestly, I think he/she deserves a second chance because they wouldn't have botted had they known this server did not have an auto-AFK kick like some others.
No need to come in here trying to smear the poor person's name by stating a common activity as a crime. I can AFK at my egg farm and collect them, that isn't illegal. The matter here is 'botting' (Autoclick), and your farming statement has nothing to do with the situation. If you are just going to incite the defendant with irrelevant statements, there is no reason to be here. It seems like you are specifically trying to keep him/her banned, for whatever reason.

Also, I keep saying he/she because you can never be too careful.

Sure he/she can say that they only used it to stay logged in, but there is no reason to take there word on it. Especially because they have been caught and banned for this action. Twitterberry has explained the circumstances quite well so no further input is required from other players at this point, please. There is nothing to be gained from theorising as to what Twitterberry may or may not have done at other times, given that that logic could apply to any player. Rokkr will respond to the appeal in due time.

Well, tbh the only talk about bots and rules and so on is on the forums. Some players don't even use the forums so they won't be so aware of all the stuff that goes on here. Being caught and banned for afking with macro whatevers doesn't mean they did anything else, it just means they did that and now they're banned. Anyways, I think we should just listen to Teej and wait for Rokkr :)
