Best idea with these types of situations is to ignore the other party and send a private message to the admin group as a ban request. I think they will handle it that way as well. They'll do what they can with the evidence you give them. If they don't respond, then s/he's not breaking the rules.

Doing it publicly just creates the same arguing it was intended to prevent. This back and forth arguing creates confusion. There's no way the staff can get the complete, honest story out of this nonsense.

Okay, well. I unfortunately don't have a screenshot of this because all of my screenshots were deleted, but I can vaguely recall what AJ said. It was something along the lines of:

Before you read my comment, I'd like you to first know that my last post was 100% just a joke. And that secondly, Mia has agreed to me representing her. Please do not reply to my comment until you have fully read through it.

Infact she is the one picking on me and she is quite a bit older than me.

This statement by AJ on Page 2 states that he is claiming to be younger than Mia. I have photo proof of AJ telling me that his age is 13 and I have a statement from Mia via. Skype stating that he also told her that he was 13 but he also told another player his age was 17. The problem here is that Mia is 12 and therefore younger than age claims from AJ both of those given.

I honestly like AJ he has helped me alot sense i have talked to him on the server. Yes somtimes things he says can be kinda offensive ,but most of the time I see it as him jokeing or just speaking his mind. Ban requesting him really isn't the answer in my opinion cause he honestly is a good guy. I just wanted to say these points.
