This is a great question, though I am disappointed in the number of votes I have received. This question reveals which staff members are jackbooted thugs and which ones are not doing their job. This information should come in very handy if we ever decide we need to send staff to retraining camps to correct any of their flaws.

I shall have to redouble working on improving my tyrannical streak so as to get my numbers back down. Hopefully the other staff members shall also see how little fear our player base holds for them, and also join me in training to further oppress all of you...valuable members of this server.

Ppl HAVE to like Staff BEVORE they become a staff-member. So they ARE supposed to be likeable, because you cant get the staff tag if ppl dislikes you.

But i think its good to have a variety of staff members, because sometimes you need a strict staff member and sometimes over friendly one, and more. there are so many possible staff-member types. and we need to get the perfect mix.

My fav. mix atm is:

Intelli (the mastermind)
- We are nothing without him, he did, do and will do so much for us.
Rokkr (the strict one)
- you hate long discussions? talk to rokkr, he makes it short and correct.
TJ (the one who even would help you to kill him if you ask for it)
- Need help with anything? if you are new or a vet, TJ helps everyone with everything.
VV (funny and capricious)
- every team needs at least one female, but not only that, she has charakter is pretty funny and you can talk to her absolutly normal even if its not rly a staff based talk, and you get easily kicked if you annoy her^^
Torn (average and balanced)
- balanced and a pretty normal guy, a lot ppl gets attracted to normal guys, because they now that even if he is a staff member he is no super-hero, but can also do the job.

I hope you dont get it wrong, this is all meant to be possitiv. And its MY oppinion.
