If you hate it so much, either:
A: log out
B: make an 100% player-proof Mist Shelter like some of my friends and I did.

At first I was against it, but it gets rid of the dreary boredom of the server. I like it.

For anyone that found the server "dreary and boring" this is going to add temporary excitement. You'll be bored again and want someone else to find a way to entertain you again before too long. In the meantime this is alienating some of us who still found the server entertaining and enjoyable the way it was.

If there is a feature that essentially forces players to hide in a shelter and sit there bored for multiple minutes or even quit playing for the time being, then that in itself should be a sign that it is a bad feature. In fact, some players are even refusing to play on the server until the issue is resolved:

Since somehow, people had a lack of sense within themselves and down-voted this suggestion, then I can only hope that Jen's compromise pulls through:

This isn't making people pvp, this is making people victims.

I never found PVP very exciting myself, and this was one of the reasons I loved MineRealm. PVP was perfectly possible, but the real excitement came from the gameplay elements that made MineRealm unique: our community and the Realm/economy system. Forcing people to PVP isn't the way to go.

I also wish to join the ignorance party. What is the mist?
